Interactive macros

Interactive macros are special macros that do not generate any output but will perform specific actions.

 

If the execution of the template displays the Input form (e.g. if the template contains Fill-in variables or the Section macro), interactive macros are displayed with the macro placeholder and they are executed after the Input form dialog is closed.

 

The interactive macros are:

 

Activate window

Compose email

Link Image

Open website

Run application / open folder

Send keystrokes

Set contents

Wait

 

 

NOTE: interactive macros will be ignored if placed inside a variable, or inside the definition of a macro. They are only available in plain text templates. The macro definition of an interactive macro is displayed with a different color.
