When a glossary is connected to a data source, it's represented in PhraseExpander with a different icon 
, and new items are displayed on the ribbon. Once you have mapped a data source to a glossary, you can update the glossary contents by reimporting the data contained in the original data source with just one click.
When a glossary is connected to a data source, new items are displayed on the ribbon.
1. Reload data
Once you have mapped a data source to a glossary, you can update the glossary with new data by clicking on Reload data.
2. Edit data mapping
You can change the mapping you have set to convert the data source into the corresponding phrases.
3. Detach from data source
Detaches the glossary from the data source.
