PhraseExpander can automatically backup your entire database when major data are changed, and on a recurring basis. Automatic backups are enabled by default (in PhraseExpander Professional).
To enable automatic backups
1.Click on File / Backup Manager
The Backup Manager is opened
2.Make sure that Enable Automatic Backups is checked
3.Click OK to confirm the operation
