Create manual backups

You may want to perform a manual backup when you are making substantial changes to your phrases and you want to make sure that you can go back to a previous situation (if you are using PhraseExpander Standard, you cannot create automatic backups and you need to create them manually).

To create a manual backup

1.Click on File / Backup Manager
The Backup Manager is opened

2.Type an optional comment

3.Click on the Backup Now Button
PhraseExpander creates a new backup of the current status of the database
