You can add autocorrects to PhraseExpander without opening the PhraseExpander application, by typing a key combination without leaving the current working environment.
To add a new autocorrect
1.Select the misspelled text
2.Type CTRL+SHIFT+Q.
PhraseExpander opens the New Autocorrect dialog

3.Enter the corrected text and press ENTER to confirm
The new autocorrect entry is added to the selected glossary
NOTE: if you are trying to add an autocorrect that already exists, PhraseExpander will detect it and will ask you to edit the existing one instead.
